Saturday, September 12


I have started watching "The West Wing" during my workouts, thanks to a suggestion from my friend Liesl. After watching 2 episodes, I realized how much I needed a new TV show to watch (others that I have followed on DVD include "Sex and the City," "Grey's Anatomy," and "The Office"). Not to mention how beneficial this is to my workout routine, which happens a little more regularly thanks to me wanting to see the next installment of President Bartlett and his team.
